Mounting Up With Wings Like Eagles
Scripture: “They shall mount up with wings like eagles.” — Isaiah 40:31
Thought for Today: An eagle is the only bird that actually uses a storm to go higher. While other birds hide in the branches, the eagle sets its wings so the wind lifts it above the clouds. Your problems aren’t meant to ground you; they are the “headwinds” designed to help you Mount Up. Rising above means changing your perspective. From the ground, the storm is terrifying; from above the clouds, the sun is always shining. It’s time to stop looking at the storm and start using it to soar!
Work the Word
The “Eagle Eye” View: Write down your biggest current problem. Now, write “GOD IS BIGGER” in huge letters over it. Physically lift the paper above your head and look up, declaring: “I am mounting up! This storm is only pushing me higher!”
Prayer: Father, I thank You for the “wings” of faith. I refuse to be grounded by my circumstances. I choose to rise above and see my life from Your perspective. I’m going up! In Jesus’ Name Amen.
Key Truth to Remember: You were never meant to peck with the chickens; you were created to soar with the eagles.
