The Blessing of Righteousness

Scripture: “For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.” — Romans 5:17

Righteousness is the blessing of “Right-Standing.” It is the ability to stand in the presence of God without any sense of guilt, shame, or inferiority. It is not something you achieve; it is a gift you receive. This blessing is the foundation of your authority. When you know you are righteous, you can “reign in life.” You stop begging for crumbs and start issuing commands to your circumstances, knowing the Father hears you as a righteous heir. Prayer: Father, I thank You for the gift of righteousness. I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. I refuse to let my past mistakes dictate my current authority. I take my place as a ruler in this life, believing that my prayers are powerful and my standing is secure. Amen.
