{"id":1817,"date":"2026-04-02T02:32:00","date_gmt":"2026-04-02T06:32:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jesus365.live\/web\/?p=1817"},"modified":"2026-01-21T14:33:17","modified_gmt":"2026-01-21T19:33:17","slug":"the-blessing-of-acceptance","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jesus365.live\/web\/2026\/04\/02\/the-blessing-of-acceptance\/","title":{"rendered":"The Blessing of Acceptance"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Scripture:<\/strong> \u201cTo the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.\u201d \u2014 <strong>Ephesians 1:6<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Most of the world lives in a constant struggle to be &#8220;enough&#8221;\u2014to be accepted by people, by employers, or even by religious standards. But the Bible says God <strong>hath made<\/strong> (past tense) us accepted. The word &#8220;accepted&#8221; here is the same root word for &#8220;highly favored&#8221; used for Mary. You aren&#8217;t &#8220;tolerated&#8221; by God; you are highly favored by Him. You don&#8217;t have to work for His approval because you already have it through Jesus. You are &#8220;in the beloved,&#8221; which means God loves you exactly as much as He loves His own Son. Prayer: Lord, I thank You that I am accepted. I stop trying to earn what You have already given me. I cast off the spirit of rejection, and I embrace Your high favor. Because I am accepted in Christ, I have the confidence to approach You and expect good things today.
