Jesus Name can Separate!
There is power in the name of Jesus to separate us from sin! We know sin separates us from God. That is why Jesus came to deliver us from sin. When we call on the name of Jesus to save us, he cleanses our hearts and separates us from sin and it’s bondages. We have a new born again spirit. Our hearts are new! Hallelujah! Clean from sin. However, we don’t have a new flesh or soul! We can still choose to go back into dirty sin and become unclean. That is why it’s so important to spend time loving on Jesus and allowing Jesus to love on you. You will form a bond with him that sin can’t break! You may slip and sin or fall into it but nevertheless, your love and convictions will draw you back to God. Don’t allow people to beat on you and make you feel so bad that you stop loving Jesus! Simply repent. Repentance keeps your love flowing! He’s always there with his arms stretched and opened wide to receive you into his bosom! He loves you so much that if you mess up, he has provided a way back – repentance!
So if you have missed the mark or you know you have fallen into living in sin, you need Jesus power to separate that thing from you so you can move closer to Him (Jesus). Pray and ask Jesus to forgive you and help you not to yield to that sin that so easily put you in bondage. Ask Jesus to cut that ungodly connection to the thing that keeps you in bondage. He will! He’ll give you the Word of God that is like a two edge sword and that Word will cut and gut that thing out of you causing you to be free to love Jesus again.
Go ahead. Get alone with Jesus. Don’t feel ashamed, embarrassed, so unworthy that you can’t talk to him. You are his child. You belong to him. He’s married to you! If you haven’t backslidden, but just feel dirty. Be like Jacob. Fellowship with him all night if necessary so you can be free! He wants to free you but you have to come to him! If you know you have sinned, get alone. Repent. Thank him for forgiving you. Sing to him and love on him with sweet declarations.
You’ll have this testimony – “I’m BACK!” Hallelujah!
Jesus name is powerful! Use it today!
