Believe on the Name

Did you know we were commanded to believe on the name of Jesus Christ. God commanded us to believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ and to love one another. Believing on the name is just as important as loving one another. The purpose of the written word is so we could believe believe that Jesus is the Son of God and that we might have “life” in his name! Hallelujah!

Jesus is the life-giver. He said, “I have come that you (they) might have life more abundantly.” We receive life when we believe! That is why it is important to learn about Jesus so we can believe in him and on his name! We receive eternal life because we believe on Jesus Christ! Hallelujah! Receive Jesus as your Lord and Savior today! Believe on his name and you shall be saved! You shall have life more abundantly.

But what about those of us who are already born again? What does believing in Jesus do for us? Oh my my my! When we believe in Jesus, we grow stronger in him and can discern good and evil. When we believe in Jesus, we can be used as vessels of honor. We can be used to demonstrate his power to help others to believe. We can be used to do exploits in Jesus name. When we believe in Jesus, we become profitable in the Kingdom of God by our good works! When we believe in Jesus, we experience a peace that is beyond understanding. When we believe in Jesus, we see signs and wonders taking place in our everyday lives! O Hallelujah! When we believe in Jesus, we experience God in manifested ways.
